Recommendedدر ۱۷ سالگی می‌توانی با BF17 همراه‌دار رانندگی کنی؛ در غیر این صورت کلاس B از ۱۸ سالگی است. آزمون با خودروی اتوماتیک تو را به اتوماتیک محدود می‌کند (Schlüsselzahl 78)، مگر اینکه آموزش دنده‌ای B197 را تکمیل کنی.

تست بینایی در مرکز رسمیِ مورد تأیید
Required- Visual acuity of at least 0.7 (with or without glasses)
- Certificate no older than 2 years when you apply
حدت بینایی باید حداقل ۰٫۷ باشد (با یا بدون عینک). هنگام درخواست، گواهی نباید بیش از ۲ سال قدمت داشته باشد. بسیاری از اپتیک‌ها تست را انجام می‌دهند؛ قیمت دیگر قانوناً ثابت نیست.

معرفی همراهان (BF17)
Requiredفقط BF17- Companion at least 30 years old

- At most 1 point in the driver register (Fahreignungsregister)
هر همراه باید حداقل ۳۰ سال داشته باشد، دست‌کم ۵ سال دارنده کلاس B باشد و حداکثر ۱ امتیاز در Fahreignungsregister داشته باشد. رضایت والدین/سرپرستان نیز لازم است.
