Note on this translation

Only the German version of this text is legally binding. This translation is provided for information purposes only.

1. Controller

Ardalan Ebrahimi (Pragpath Studio), Frankenallee, 14052 Berlin, Deutschland, email: info@pragpath.com.

2. Principles

We collect only the data that is necessary for the respective function. You can use the information on the driving licence without an account and without cookies.

3. Visiting the website and server logs

When you visit the website, our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure, data centre in Western Europe) processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, page accessed) in order to deliver and secure the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Usage statistics without cookies

We count events such as page views of provider profiles or enquiries sent in our own database – without cookies, without IP addresses and without cross-device identifiers. Providers see only aggregated figures derived from this. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (improving and billing our service).

5. Account

For an account we store your email address, optionally a display name and – when you sign in with a password – a secure password hash. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and an identifier from Google. Your personal licence plan (Fahrplan) stores only the information you enter yourself (e.g. city, class, month of birth). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

6. Enquiries to providers

When you send an enquiry, we pass on your name, contact details and message to exactly that provider, with your consent. Enquiry data is anonymised after 12 months. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR.

7. Reviews and notices

Reviews are linked to your account and, where applicable, checked before publication. We store correction notices in order to check the data.

8. Emails

We send transactional emails (e.g. confirmations) via a service provider acting on our behalf. You can unsubscribe from notifications in your account.

9. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Arts. 15–21 GDPR). In your account you can download your data yourself and delete your account. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

10. Storage periods

Accounts until deletion (then anonymisation within 30 days), enquiries 12 months, sessions 30 days, technical logs for a short period.
